There’s something really special about working at the Farmstead. Maybe it’s the way the fog lifts over the field in the morning, or the sound of laughter echoing through the trees, or the quiet magic of watching children build resilience and confidence in the mud. Whatever it is, we know it starts with people — and we’re excited to be hiring another passionate educator to our team.
We’re currently hiring a full-time Educator to join our 100% outdoor early childhood program. This is a salaried position ($18–24/hour depending on experience), and we’re looking for someone who is just as energized by puddle stomping and leaf collecting as they are by child development, equity, and community care.
At the Farmstead, our educators model curiosity, collaboration, and kindness while helping children (and each other!) navigate each season with courage and joy. As we grow, we’re committed to building a team that reflects the values we teach: connection, creativity, patience, and presence. We’re so looking forward to welcoming a new teammate who shares our love for nature-based learning and wants to co-create something meaningful with us.
